Welcome to Hey Lena, Mexico Relocation Consultation Services!
SERVICES PROVIDED
HeyLena, LLC ("we," "us," or "our") provides personalized relocation consultation services ("Services") to clients considering or planning a move to Mexico. Our Services include strategic planning assistance, regional insights, visa guidance, housing market information, and integration strategies based on our experience and research.
SCHEDULING AND PAYMENT
a) Consultation appointments must be scheduled in advance through our booking system.
b) The consultation fee of $129.00 USD is due at the time of booking and will be processed securely through Stripe.
c) Your appointment is confirmed only after successful payment processing.
CANCELLATION AND RESCHEDULING
a) You may reschedule your consultation up to 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time at no additional cost, subject to availability.
b) Cancellations made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time will receive a full refund.
c) Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment time are non-refundable but may be eligible for rescheduling at our discretion.
d) HeyLena, LLC reserves the right to reschedule consultations due to unforeseen circumstances. We will make every effort to provide reasonable notice.
SCOPE AND LIMITATIONS
a) Our Services are advisory in nature. We provide information and guidance based on our experience and research, but we do not guarantee specific outcomes.
b) We are not a law firm, investment advisor, real estate broker, or licensed immigration consultant. Our Services do not constitute legal, financial, real estate, or immigration advice.
c) Clients are responsible for independently verifying all information and consulting with appropriate licensed professionals (attorneys, accountants, real estate agents, etc.) before making any decisions.
d) Information provided is current as of the consultation date but may change due to evolving regulations, market conditions, and other factors outside our control.
CONFIDENTIALITY
a) We respect your privacy and will maintain the confidentiality of all personal information shared during consultations.
b) We may use anonymized, general information from consultations to improve our Services, develop content, or share insights, but will never disclose your identity or specific circumstances without your explicit permission.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
a) Any materials provided during consultations, including guides, checklists, or resources, remain the intellectual property of HeyLena, LLC.
b) These materials are for your personal use only and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without our written permission.
DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. HEYLENA, LLC DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
a) To the maximum extent permitted by law, HeyLena, LLC's liability arising out of or related to these Terms shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the consultation.
b) HeyLena, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
CHANGES TO TERMS
HeyLena, LLC reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our Services after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
